Rufus is barking mad

Read this first.

And they accuse Gloria of being a power hungry bitch.

Just in case you didn’t get what Rufus Rodriguez, that servile ass-licker, was proposing, let me break it down for you. Step one, Erap runs and wins in 2010.  Step two, instead of serving out that term, he serves the three years he lost because of Edsa 2. Step three, in 2013,  Erap’s victorious running mate (note: not the serving VP, which means this step kicks in only if the VP ran on the same ticket as Erap) takes over serving out the 6-year term that Erap won in 2010! Step four, that same guy can then run for another 6 year term in 2019.

This formula, which would mangle the constitution as well as insult common sense, would result in no less than a fifteen year term for Erap and his annointed successor (understood to include all the Erap hangers on who have faithfully served the pompadoured lord during his long years of exile).

What makes this more offensive is that it was proposed by a lawyer who is, even now, practically salivating for an appointment as Comelec commissioner.

In an attempt to make his proposal less ludicrous, Rodriguez says that this scheme was exactly what Gloria followed. Not quite. GMA succeeded to the Presidency under  Constitutional  terms (questionably, some people say, but the SC said it was legit, and all the hemming and hawing afterwards won’t change that); whereas under Rodriguez’s ploy, Estrada would, in effect, suspend the running of the term that was granted under a victory in 2010 and, after fulfilling his revenge fantasy of if-she-can-do-it-so-can-i,  proceed to throw the constitutional schedule for presidential elections off-kilter by delaying the next elections for three years!

Good god. Rufus is barking mad.

Erap, on the other hand, is pathetic. His declarations of being willing to run again (OMG! What a sacrifice!!!) to give the opposition a ‘sure win’ sound exactly like the verbal vomit of the likes of Eddie Gil. Don’t get me wrong, he is Erap after all, and he just might be able to pull off another win, but the problem is, he shouldn’t be rattling his saber like that because there is just no way – short of a constitutional amendment – that he can run again. It just makes him look stupid, and it insults the intelligence of the electorate.

Erap is a convicted felon so he should not be allowed to hold a mayor-or-higher public office, especially the Presidency. Even if Erap becomes a born-again or he buys himself absolution from the CBCP or the Iglesia or ElShaddai, felony-conviction should bar him from public office.

stranger things have happened in this neck of the woods, TonyFL.

The GMA camp may still be assessing whether an Erap run will on balance help or harm their side. If the GMA-controlled Supreme court rules that Erap can still run, then we will know the results of their assessment.

    tonyFL:hear! hear!

    tonio:sad but true, luv.

cvj:i hadn’t thought of that … after all, an erap run (assuming that is made possible by the SC once again mangling the Constitution) would throw the opposition into disarray – hasn’t ping already said that he wouldn’t slide down for anyone? – and stack the cards in favor of the admin? yessssss… i’m sure ronnie puno has considered that scenario many many times.

Congressman Rufus Rodriguez is seeking re-election in his district of CDO, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and a situation has been brought to our attention that we want to inform him of.

Rufus Rodriguez owns a rental property in CDO that he rents out to a American expatriot of questionable agendas, records and past. I highly doubt Mr. Rodriguez knows of the kind of people his house is harboring so have decided to inform both him and the internet community in hopes of enlightening the situation during this campaigning period.

The American national currently residing in the house is one Gordon Elletson who goes by Gordy and posts on many internet forums using the name TexKano. Gordon Elletson is of a deffective mental state and is a admitted child abuser and basher of the Filipino populace. Please see link below of how Gordy Elletson , using his TexKano nic, admitted to hitting Xavier Madlangbayan with a cane and then proceeding to call the boys grandfather, Dr. Severino Madlangbayan, (who is seeking a city council seat in Iligan City) a banana eating monkey. Is this kind of elitest American truly the sort of expatriot that a elected Congressman wants to be connected to? Well Gordon Elletson seems to think the congressman loves him and will washover any mess he gets himself into. I find it hard to believe a elected congressman will forsake his constituents , who elected him, in a effort to protect a abusive foreign national.

The second expatriot, now deceased, is one Randall Chester Goings who goes by Bubba and posted on net under nic Bubbabobbaker. This fellow had a lengthy criminal record which included multiple drug charges. Randall Goings was brought to the Philippines by Gordon Elletson where he lived , together with Gordy, in the proprty owned by Congressman Rufus Rodriguez of CDO, Cagayan de Oro. This property is located on 69 bong bongon street CDO and even before Randall Goings moved to such property he was allready posting perverted things all over the internet. One example of his perversions took place on a internet dating site where he searched for a 4′ tall bi-sexual and stated in his ad “the smaller you are the more I will love you”. Evan smaller than 4′? Yikes, Was he looking for a dwarf or a underaged girl?

Anyway, I hope this message reaches Congressman Rodriguez and he can see below link for proofs regarding the accutations of the kind of expatriot he is harboring and who states the Congressman is protecting him. I feel the congressman has the right to know the facts in below link.

Maceda sez Erap consulted Narvasa and others, and they told him that the 1987 Consti prohibits only the INCUMBENT prez from re-election. Former prezzies, by their definition, face no such prohibition. But in the same breath, Maceda also sez that they know an Erap candidacy will be the subject of a disqual case – but […]

I still think the Pangandaman’s shouldn’t have retaliated even if dela Paz threw the first punch. But is anyone really surprised at the escalation in the story-telling on both sides? BTW, I think we can dispense with the age angle nao.

Unless you’re spoiling for a fight, assume that the writer has some basis for what she writes. Don’t make like a lawyer and ask retarded questions in an attempt to lay the foundation for whatever point you’re trying to make.
