Lights out

UPDATE: It seems I got part of the story right. It was a crane, but it wasn’t in Sta. Cruz. The accident happened in Sta. Mesa. Here’s the full story.

The lights went out today at a few minutes before nine. At a few minutes before 11, they came back on. I don’t have the skinny on why the lights went out, but I heard that a crane – the construction kind, not the bird – snagged on some major power lines in Sta. Cruz in Manila. It must have really been major because I was told the lights went out in Quezon City too.
